Pet Policy

Room for paws in your routine. At Towns at River’s Edge/Lofts at Rivers Edge, pet-friendly living feels easy to fit into the day—take a quick loop on the community trail, use the dog walk area for fresh-air breaks, then come home to air-conditioned comfort, in-home washer/dryer convenience, and a balcony for a quiet reset.

Dogs and cats are welcome here with the community’s stated guidelines, so you can choose a layout that works for you and your pet, then explore amenities and nearby leashed-walk options in Provo. Have questions before you apply? Contact the leasing team for current pet details.
